Wisdom College was established in the year 2001 for providing education support in and around Pavaratty. Started with a small number of students around 200, through the collective effort of the management and teachers with short span of time it made an impressive presence in the field of education. Now it has around 1500 students under various UG, PG, and Professional Programmes including IT education. Its activities are well supported by the PTA Association and Alumni.

                         The mission of college is developing quality citizens through education and training and to enhance the dignity of teaching profession. The institutions effort to bring out high quality education resulted in approval of Kerala University and Calicut University as their authorized study center under distance education scheme.

                         For providing  better learning we shifted to a new Campus by which it can provide our students a calm and quiet atmosphere and all facilities like library & reading room, computer lab, smart class rooms, canteen etc,,

                       The college aims to encourage the student’s social and cultural development through variety of extracurricular activities and cultural events.
